Troubleshooting

Use this guide if something does not work as expected.

Theme setup cannot complete:

• Make sure your WordPress user can install and activate plugins.
• Make sure your server allows ZIP extraction.
• Try again after temporarily increasing PHP memory limit.
• Check your hosting error log if the issue continues.

A required plugin stays Not Installed:

• Try installing it again from the setup screen.
• Make sure your website can connect to WordPress.org.
• Install the plugin manually from Plugins > Add New if needed.

Demo import fails or stops:

• Make sure all required plugins are active.
• Increase memory limit and execution time if your server is slow.
• Import on a fresh WordPress installation when possible.
• Do not refresh the browser during import.

Elementor layout looks broken:

• Go to Elementor > Tools.
• Click Regenerate CSS & Data.
• Save Theme Settings again.
• Save Customizer colors again.
• Clear cache.

Header, footer, or page layouts do not appear:

• Make sure WiraKit For Elementor is active.
• Check that the imported layout exists.
• Re-save the related template if needed.

Project or Service fields are empty:

• Make sure Secure Custom Fields is active.
• Edit the related Project or Service item.
• Fill in the available fields.
• Update the item and refresh the frontend page.
